Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients
- 100g Unsmoked Salmon
- 1tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1tbsp Mirin
- 2tsp Sugar
- 10g Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 10g Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic
Preparation
- Cut a sheet of baking paper to fit the frying pan.
- Slice the garlic.
Instructions
- Rub a small amount of butter over the baking paper.
- Place salmon (skin side down) on baking paper and heat on medium heat, cover pan with lid.
- Flip the salmon once the skin becomes slightly crispy, reduce to low heat, and place lid over the pan.
- Once cooked leave the salmon on a plate.
- Fry garlic in small amount of oil.
- Once garlic slightly browned add butter and melt.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, and mirin and bring to boil gently.
- Simmer until sauce becomes sticky.
- Drizzle sauce over salmon.
